Shipping Options
UPS SHIPPING
UPS Ground ZONE Map for Ground shipments from Irvine, California.
*Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and the package pickup day are not counted as part of the transit time. Transit time starts the following business day.
Also, any order placed after 1:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped out the following day.
- Ground Shipping: Products shipped via standard ground shipping are normally delivered within 1- 5 business days, depending on what region or zone you are in. Please view the map above for your zone to see the transit time for your ground shipments.
- 3-Day Shipping: Products shipped via 3-Day Select are delivered within three business days of when the order is shipped out.
- 2nd Day Air Options: For an additional charge, depending on the weight of the package and where it is being delivered, Bio Sculpture USA offers this expedited shipping option. Products shipped 2nd Day Air AM (as long as the order is placed prior to 1:00 p.m. Pacific time) are normally delivered by or before 10:30 am local time. With UPS 2nd Day Air, products are delivered by the end of the business day. All Second Day Air shipments will arrive two business days after the shipment leaves our facility.
- Next Day Air: For an additional charge, depending on the weight of the package, and where it is being delivered, Bio Sculpture USA offers this expedited shipping option. Products shipped Next Day Air Early ( as long as the order is placed prior to 1:00 p.m. Pacific time) are normally delivered by or before 10:30 am local time. With UPS Next Day Air, products are delivered by the end of the business day. All Next Day Air shipments will arrive the next business day after the shipment leaves our facility.
A signature is required for most deliveries: Most of Bio Sculpture USA shipments contain UV-sensitive products. If you are not at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Bio Sculpture USA to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Disclaimer
Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.). The United States postal service does not guarantee delivery time or provide tracking.
Please remember that if you choose the United States Postal Service as your shipping method, Bio Sculpture USA will NOT be able to refund, reimburse, or resend lost or damaged packages.
We suggest our regular (UPS) United Parcel Service when at all possible for all shipments to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages. These methods of shipping are trackable.
