Refund policy

To start a return, please contact us at info@biosculpturegel.com or call the Customer Service number at 1800 770 4493. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please always inspect your order upon receiving it to verify that you were sent the correct items. Contact us immediately if any of the products in your shipment are defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong items. Also, contact us if you are not satisfied with any of the products you received, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve any problems. 

Gel products must be opened and stirred immediately upon receipt. Bio Sculpture USA does not accept the return of products returned without an RMA # or ordered incorrectly. You must return the product to the Bio Sculpture USA warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no returns on opened BIOGEL Color or Treatment Gels, Polishes, Liquids, EVO, ETHOS, GEMINI, and Spa products.
We also do not accept returns for used files, cutters, brushes, etc.
Individual items from any Bio Sculpture Kits or Packs will not be accepted as well.

Missing items or damages
Please report missing items or damages within 48 hours of delivery; no returns will be accepted after this time. All of our orders are double-checked for accuracy. However, human error does occur every so often. Our products are packed according to Postal, UPS, and FAA regulations.

Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt to verify the safe arrival of all contents. If damage to contents inside is due to the carrier, please file a claim with the appropriate agency for reimbursement. Delay in doing so may forfeit, or delay rights for compensation.

If Bio Sculpture USA is at fault, customers will be credited for all shipping charges incurred.

There are no returns on anything after 15 days of invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product, please call 1 800 770 4493 to get approval for an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Unused and unopened with product seals in place and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive credit in your Bio Sculpture USA account for the return that can be applied towards future orders.

There are no cash refunds available on any products. 

*Exceptions are at our discretion, for unused and unopened merchandise only. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned goods and a 27% restocking fee.

*Please note that if BIO SCULPTURE products are combined with any other nail-care gels, products, or systems during an application, BIO Sculpture will not guarantee that the results will be successful. We recommend using Bio Sculpture products ONLY on your clients, as we are an all-in-one system.
